Packing
Who has started packing there case for there holidays yet?
I usual leave it till last minute but I know some people do it months in advance. Also do you struggle with the new 15kg baggage allowances? Steve Holidayfox Administrator Book your holiday transfers here: http://www.holidayhoppa.com/?Affialite=HSK |

RE: Packing
Hi Steve,
You want to try a cruise out of S'hampton, the luggage allowance is as much as you can fit in your cabin, or 100 KG Just about enough to take my three tuxedos, and diner jackets. Cruising is like being in The Garden of Eating :cool |

RE: Packing
I usually keep my holiday things in my case permanantly-such as beach towel, holiday flipflops and my travel toiletries bag, etc. As I buy stuff well in advance for my holiday I just add to my case and then a night or two before I go I work out what clothes and shoes to take. I used to take far too many clothes, some which didn't get worn, have managed to dwindle how many clothes I take but I think I will still struggle with 15kg baggage allowance so am considering paying to add the extra 5kg. I love shopping and love to bring things home and I always take gifts for the children of a couple of people who I know in icmeler so do not travel light!

RE: Packing
We keep certain things in the case too. Then take the towels out to wash them a week before we fly.
I put undies in the case about 2 weeks before we go, but the rest of clothing the day before, after I've ironed them. |

RE: Packing
Saw those cases advertised Steve but they did seem quite expensive. We are lucky this year as our price included 20kgs.

I think passengers will in the future need to look to getting lightweight cases as the luggage allowance seems to be reduced to 15kg on many airlines now and some cases weight 6 or 7 kgs. Without geography, you're nowhere. |

Got mine from Bags etc got the 30" one only cost me 29.75. Like harleybabe said they are introducing new designs and coulors so they are selling the old designs off cheap. RE: Packing
Thats a good price any we have seen over here have been upwards of £60. Hubby say's I'm not allowed to buy any this year as we have enough holdalls and suitcases in our loft to start our own wee shop. Can't resist a bargain if I see one.

I had already bought a new one for my hol this year, but I used the smaller one for a weekend away and the wheels buckled with the weight and it wasnt that heavy so thought best to get a new one as didn't want to risk it. I am really pleased with this new one though it is so light you can pick it up with one finger when it is empty.
