When it's a proper Suffolk wild-camping adventure you're after, Lions Row is a spacious back-to-basics site on a working farm just outside Ufford. Completely surrounded by countryside, yet only five minutes' drive from Wickham Market. You'll park at the edge of a meadow and walk 50–250 yards to mown grass pitches — a mile from the nearest road, quiet and safe for families. Facilities are minimal: drinking water, washing-up sink, compost loos and gas-heated outdoor showers. Deciduous woodland borders the field — great for dogs — with footpaths to country pubs and Sutton Hoo ten minutes' drive.
