Welcome to Lundy House Hotel. We offer 8 quality ensuite rooms and 3 self-catering options in Woolacombe, North Devon. Set on the cliffs between Mortehoe and Woolacombe, the hotel offers breathtaking coastal views with easy access to Woolacombe, Barricane, Grunta and Combesgate beaches. Our boutique rooms feature white Egyptian cotton bed linen, hospitality trays, complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs and sea kelp toiletries. Rooms are named after places on Lundy Island. We no longer provide daily room servicing; daily towel changes and complimentary room items are included. Three self-catering apartments — Montagu Steps, The Rattles and Stonechats — offer flexible stays with Friday changeover (weekly) or nightly stays at Stonechats. We are a genuinely dog-friendly property (dogs welcome in hotel rooms and self-catering, subject to house rules and charges). Breakfast is available when pre-booked at checkout. One parking space is included per room or unit; additional cars can use Mortehoe village parking. The hotel is on a steep hill with no lift — bedrooms are on the first and second floors and are not suitable for guests who struggle with stairs. Stonechats is a ground-floor accessible studio with its own entrance.
