Previously named Scotgate Holiday Park, Braithwaite Village is an outstanding campsite, offering camping facilities to suit everyone’s needs. Situated within the Lake District National Park, near the charming market town of Keswick, Braithwaite Village is ideally located between Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite Lake. The campsite is positioned in the impressive backdrop of the Coledale Horseshoe and enjoys dramatic views towards Skiddaw and the Northern Fells. Nearby, Whinlatter Forest has superb walking and mountain bike trails, children’s adventure playgrounds and Go Ape! high ropes course. The site sits at the foot of the Whinlatter Pass, making Braithwaite Village the perfect base for exploring the northern Lake District.
