Ivy House Cornwall is a boutique B&B in the historic market town of St Austell, in the heart of Cornwall. We offer a choice of three bedrooms (a maximum of six guests) and all prices include a generous breakfast. Ivy House is a 200 year old property situated in a private park and gardens a very short walk away from St Austell train/bus station and the town centre (with shops, pubs, restaurants, etc). We're also close to the major attractions of the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the fishing harbours of Fowey and Mevagissey, and the beaches of St Austell Bay. Ivy House offers visitors the perfect location to explore Cornwall - with all parts of the county reachable during a day trip. We offer free parking and free WiFi - as well as free tea and coffee in the bedrooms. We promise guests a peaceful and relaxing stay - as well as the chance to stay in a beautiful, traditional Cornish manor house.

- B&B Bedroom 3 — A large bedroom, with two beds – which can be configured as separate beds or one large double bed (please state if you would like double when booking). The room has a basin and use of the bathroom – including shower and bath. The room has views of the town of St Austell and surrounding countryside. The room includes a large wardrobe, a chair and desk, an armchair, a basin and soap, a luggage rack, a hairdryer, towels and tea/coffee making facilities. (£60 for single occupancy)
- B&B Bedroom 2 — A light, wooden-floored bedroom with a double bed. The room has an en-suite bathroom, with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
