Balgedie Lodge is a charming cottage that will easily sleeps as much as five, in three rooms. There are two bedrooms which are dual one single. Usually, the double spaces are arranged with a king that is super sleep in a single and two singles into the other, but both beds are zip and link, so they can be rearranged as required. Also, yet another bed that is a solitary cot can be acquired on demand although this needs to be requested at the time of booking and agreed with the owner. There is one household bathroom with a shower that is electric. The kitchen at the Lodge has been fully refurbished and it is very well built with a power cooker and hop, dishwasher, big kitchen appliance, Nespresso coffee machine, 4 piece toaster and a sandwich maker in addition to a big selection of plates, pots and pans, etc. There is a dining room that is large, a washing machine and a drying rack. The newly decorated sitting room has two comfortable sofas and a rocking chair with an open fire, which is very cosy on chilly evenings! There is a screen that is flat, a DVD player and even a piano and a guitar for just about any guests that are feeling musical! The sunroom, having its uninterrupted views of Loch Leven, is a real favourite amongst visitors. There is a big choice of books and games for guests to savor there too and wifi that is free in the Lodge. The pretty garden is fully enclosed, rendering it a safe place for small children to try out and dogs to run about in too. There is also outdoor seating and a covered terrace with a fire pit and BBQ. Its a spot that is lovely during the day as well as the perfect place to be for star gazing at night!
