Lynmouth Holiday Retreat is set in a truly picturesque part of the country; the Exmoor National Park. Surrounded by undulating countryside and stunning, scenic, sea views, wherever you are on the park you can admire the beauty of nature from your tent or caravan. Our park has maintained its family-owned feel throughout the years and ownerships which is something that we are proud to maintain and build upon moving into new seasons. Accommodation types
- Martinhoe - 2 Bedroom — The Martinhoe brings a real sense of luxury to holiday caravans, with it’s own brand new hot tub! Our Martinhoe has a large living space, lovely open plan kitchen diner, a large double bedroom with an ensuite WC and a twin bedroom. It is perfect for the whole family to enjoy together. Martinhoe has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer and a microwave. Situated on one of our best plots with uninterrupted views, you can enjoy some perfect summer nights sat on your decking or enjoying a relaxing evening hot tub session! For times when the weather isn’t perfect for sitting outside, you have patio doors off the lounge with breath taking sea views. Beds will be made upon arrival. Please note that we do not provide towels. - Malmsmead - 3 Bedroom — Malsmead is the perfect opportunity for families, couples, and friends to visit the quaint and explorative North Devon Coast. Consisting of a master double bedroom and two twin rooms, Malsmead is also pet friendly, catering for up to 2 dogs. There is a large open-plan living space, a modern fully equipped kitchen, with a full size fridge and microwave. There is also an outside decking area, perfect for relaxing or dining and adjacent parking. Beds will be made upon arrival. Please note that we do not provide bath towels or tea towels. - Dunkery - 2 Bedroom — New for 2022! Please note we are awaiting official photography until the Holiday Caravan arrives on-park. The Dunkery caravan is the perfect idyllic retreat, sleeping up to four. Dunkery occupies a corner spot with adjacent parking, large outside decking area, as well as your own private hot tub! The Dunkery provides modern open-plan accommodation with a master double room and a twin room. With picturesque views across the rolling hills of Exmoor out to Bristol Channel, Dunkery is the perfect spot to relax and unwind as a couple or with friends and family. Beds will be made upon arrival. Please note that we do not provide bath towels or tea towels.
- Lynton - 2 Bedroom — Lynton offers spectacular, stunning and uninterrupted views across the Bristol Channel, both from your hot tub and patio doors. Our Lynton has a large living space, lovely open plan kitchen diner, a large double bedroom with an ensuite WC and a twin bedroom. It is perfect for the whole family to enjoy together. Lynton has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer and a microwave. There is some lovely outside space where you can enjoy some perfect summer nights sat on your decking or enjoying a relaxing evening hot tub session! Beds will be made upon arrival. - East Lyn - 3 Bedroom — East Lyn brings a real sense of luxury to holiday caravans, it is a stunning 3 bedroom holiday home. Our East Lyn has a large living space, lovely open plan kitchen diner, a large double bedroom with an ensuite WC and walk in wardrobe and two twin bedrooms. It is perfect for the whole family to enjoy together. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer and a microwave. Situated in a quiet spot with views of the farmland behind and the surrounding undulating hills, this unit is perfect for rest and relaxation. Beds will be made upon arrival. - Wilsham - 2 Bedroom — Wilsham is the perfect base for all the family (including your four-legged friends), for a relaxing break or to explore all Devon has to offer. Wilsham is sat in a quiet spot, benefitting from adjacent parking and plenty of room outside for al fresco dining. Inside, the living accommodation is spacious, open plan, has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for all the family to hang out together. There is a master double bedroom and a twin room. Beds will be made upon arrival. Please note that we do not provide towels. - Blackmoor - 2 Bedroom — The Blackmoor is a modern holiday home with breath taking surroundings. You have fantastic sea views of the Bristol Channel and fabulous scenic landscapes envelope you. Blackmoor has a decking area and plenty of outside space, both for parking your car and enjoying being outside in this stunning spot. Inside, there is a large open plan living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen. The Blackmoor has a double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Beds will be made upon arrival. Please note that we do not provide bath towels or tea towels. ** New for 2023 – Blackmoor will be a pet friendly unit allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. - Cheriton - 2 Bedroom — The Cheriton caravan is a fully self-contained, self-catered accommodation with electricity, heating and double glazing. It is on the modest end of our lettings, perfect for small families, being bright, spacious and quaint. With a lounge/diner and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, four-ring hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. The corridor leads onto your master double bedroom and twin adjoining a sizable family shower room. Accommodating up to 4 people with stunning views over picturesque farmland and partial sea views across the Bristol Channel, making our Cheriton the perfect family getaway.
