Minstead Manor Farm Glamping & Camping

Minstead Manor Farm sits in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Comprising both woodland and parkland, the farm supports a modest sheep enterprise and other agricultural diversification activities. We have been running our small campsite since 1997 and continue to welcome both new and returning campers. We have also started a small glamping enterprise – Silver Bells. We produce grass fed lamb as well as free range eggs, and also supply a small amount of venison to a local game dealer. For tents, we need to check dimensions, so please have this info available. All standard pitches are 6m x 6m, with 2 XL pitches of 7m x 8m. Dogs are welcome as long as kept on leads, and BBQ’s are permitted as long as raised off the ground. Minstead Manor Farm is located between the villages of Emery Down and Minstead. Emery Down offers a popular country pub, The New Forest Inn, great for lunch after a morning walk in the forest. Minstead is brimming with local history, including the church where Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is buried. It also has the Trusty Servant Inn - another popular pub. Furzey Gardens offer 8 acres of landscaped garden, with beautiful scenes all year round. Lyndhurst, the largest village in the New Forest, is approximately 1 ½ miles away and offers a range of attractions, including shops, supermarket & Co-op, visitor museum, art galleries, cafes and pubs. The New Forest has many other places to explore, all within easy reach of the site.

- Knightwood Bell Tent — Stay in the heart of the New Forest National Park in complete camping luxury! We offer hire of pre-erected bell tents with matting, electric hook-up and lamp, raised double airbed, and outside a picnic bench and fire pit to enjoy evenings under the stars! The bell tents are set up for couples, but for families we can provide up to 2 single airbeds. The booking package includes your pitch fee and use of the toilets and showers on the campsite. Max guests are 2 adults and up to 2 children in each tent, though bedding for any single beds would need to be provided by the guests.
- Bell Tent — If you are looking for a private glamping experience, we also have our wooded glade setting, with fully furnished bell tent on your own pitch under the trees. Everything you could need, including 'proper' double bed and bedding, cooking equipment, kitchen area, parking and outside seating with fire pit. Max guests are 2 adults and up to 2 children in each tent, though bedding for any single beds would need to be provided by the guests.
