OUR STORY Valley Farm is a small rustic family run campsite, we would like our guests to enjoy some time away from the stresses of modern life and get back in touch with nature with our more traditional site. During the evenings you will be immersed in the smell of BBQs and Campfires, and people spending quality time with family and friends. Our two inseparable donkeys Nelson and Wellington live on site and love as much attention as they can get, they also like to make a bit of noise to make sure that they are noticed! You may also come across our Bengal tiger cat Tiger Lily she loves to stride around the campsite in the summer months, just to check everything is Ok! Camping & Caravans Valley Farm is a rustic family friendly campsite set amongst 6 acres of land only 4 miles from Oxford Centre. We accept Tents, Caravans and Motorhomes including group bookings. We have both hard standing and grass pitches available, all on level ground and 10 with electric hook up. The pitches are only a short walk away from our clean and modern toilet/shower facilities which were renovated in 2019. We allow dogs, however they must be kept on a lead at all times. PRICES Price based on two people sharing per night Pitch - �20 Additional persons - �4 Children under 5 - Free Electric hook up - �4 Showers - �1 Logs - �7 Firepit Rental - �5 WE KINDLY ASK.... We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 9.30pm and that there is a general respect for the site and fellow campers. Campfires are allowed, however they must be raised off the ground, Firepits can be hired on site subject to availability. VALLEY FARM BELLS A truly unique experience We have 3 luxury furnished bell tents available for 2020 in the theme of Lewis carolls Alice in Wonderland. We have subtly themed the tents by individual characters which include The Mad Hatter, Alice and Queen of Hearts. Bell tents are a magical way to camp, with the natural cotton canvas material you can experience something different from the standard polyester tent. The breathable fabric and spacious interior means that you wont be waking up feeling sweaty and damp, with the added benefit of our wood burning stove to keep you warm and cosy at night, all the creature comforts for a proper nights sleep! Bookings & Prices Prices are per night Weeknights - �80 Weekends - �85 To keep things simple we charge per tent regardless of how many occupants. (We accept a minimum of 2 night stays on Friday and Saturday) (Bank holidays are a minimum of 3 night stays) Each 5m tent can sleep upto 4 people (please enquire for extra persons or large groups). Check in is after 15.00pm Check out is before 11.30am A 30% deposit will be due within 5 days of the booking request being confirmed, this will secure your requested dates. The final balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival. This can be paid via paypal or bank transfer. The Shepherds Hut *new luna tent 2018* Cosy glamping Our Shepherds hut is fully furnished with all the essentials and more. The wood burning stove together with the fully insulated walls and floor makes the Shepherds hut the perfect hideaway for both summer and winter. Set in our peaceful glamping field with views over Wytham woods. Our handcrafted Shepherds hut comes complete with a foldaway double bed, crisp sheets and cosy bedding. INSIDE THE HUT -A small oven with two hot plates -Mini fridge -Toaster -Kettle - All the essential Cooking equipment -Cutlery & crockery -Electricity -Water container -Wood burning stove OUTSIDE THE HUT -BBQ/Firepit, -Table and chairs -Outdoor lighting Our shepherds hut Sleeps up to two people.
