Church Cottage holiday let is a semi-detached, 2 stories, a self-catering townhouse in Ayr, just minutes from the town and the beach. The cottage is in a quiet courtyard next to one of our other properties, Dairy cottage, and behind St Columba’s church. Set in a peaceful, residential area, Church Cottage has a grassy, enclosed walled garden with a patio and seating area. Inside you will find a modern kitchen with all of the essential equipment including a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. The open plan lounge and dining room have French doors which open onto a colourful sunny walled garden, with the church in the distance. In the dining area is a dining table with four chairs, the lounge area has two sofas and two armchairs. The room has a television, a small library and a selection of toys and games. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The bathroom upstairs has a shower. Outside there is private parking for two cars in the courtyard. Church Cottage, Stable Cottage, Woodcroft cottage, and Dairy Cottage are all a few minutes’ walks apart, making them an ideal option for larger parties wishing to be in different cottages but still close together.
