Situated on the West Mendip Way with footpaths direct from Owley leading to Cheddar Village with its many tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills, it is the perfect location for you if you enjoy an active break or just need to chill. Ideal for walking, hiking, climbing, caving, cycling or just relaxing and listening to the birds and the owls. Just five spacious fully equipped Lotus Belle Tents have exclusive use of the one-acre paddock with flushing toilets and hot showers. The tents are equipped with Crockery, Cutlery, pans, etc, along with a large cool box to keep your Prosecco cold on the warm evenings. There is an ordnance survey map of the local area, information books and a pair of mini binoculars to help you enjoy your stay. Tea, coffee etc are provided in Cheats Kitchen where you will find the electric kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and mains electric sockets for extra phone charging or hair dryers etc etc. Your first basket of logs/kindling/firelighters and a pack of charcoal are provided with extras available in the honesty shop. Complimentary water from Cheddar Springs and Honey from our bee hives at Owley can also be found here. There are drawers to store your clothes, a sofa to relax on and a table and chairs for indoor dining, all finished with those extra luxury touches and of course bunting and fairy lights. The sofa can become a bed and bedding provided for separate sleeping arrangements or for an extra person when notified in advance.
