High Hall Campsite

High Hall Campsite is located on our family farm in the Eden Valley, Cumbria. We are surrounded by the beautiful North Pennine fells with amazing views across the Valley to the Lake District National Park. Our pitches are situated between our wildlife pond and the Croglin beck that meanders its way through the farm. Here at High Hall, you can always guarantee a waterside stay. We are delighted to be a certified member of The Greener Camping Club (GCC). The GCC share our passion for the environment and sustainable low impact camping. Accommodation types
- Non-electric grass tent or campervan pitch — All of our pitches offer a waterside camping experience with the tranquil sound of the Croglin beck running past. It is the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Large spacious pitches, each with its picnic bench and fire pit mean that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Each camping pitch comes with your fire pit, great for those summer night BBQs. If you would like to try some of our pasture-fed meat on your BBQ, orders can be placed and collected from our Farm shop. Firewood and other essentials are available to buy too. 'The Old Cow Shed' Our facilities are located in 'The Old Cow Shed', just a short walk from the main camping area. In the shed, you will find: - toilets - showers - washing machine - fridge freezer - kettle and toaster - pool table and tennis table All of the hot water is heated using our on-farm biomass boiler. - Big Bertha — Big Bertha is a 1973 Airstream land yacht. She has been stylishly renovated to create a unique space with all the comforts of home. Sleeping 6 people, Big Bertha has everything you need for a luxury stay - a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, including an oven and fridge freezer. Outside the airstream overlooking the Croglin Beck, there is a beautiful decking area. This is the perfect place to relax on a summers night by the fire pit. Greener Camping Club membership required.
