# Halton Farm C L

Our CL is a quiet site, set on a working farm of mixed livestock, in the countryside close to the village of Chirk. Adults, children and pets are all welcome. The site is located on a field next to our drive, which is regularly topped and fairly flat, with electric hook ups and plenty of space for awnings etc. The site is an excellent base to explore the surrounding area. Fly fishing is within 3 miles. Chirk Castle is very close by, and Llangollen Canal, railway and Eistedford, also Telfords Aqueduct and Tunnel in Chirk and the World Heritage site at Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is very near by. Not far away is Erddig Hall. The local village of Chirk has a few small shops and pubs, a swimming pool and sports facilities, local golf club and marina (with boat hire available). Also the gateway to beautiful Ceriog Valley.
