We're proud to offer you a little luxury and a lot of adventure in one of our spacious geodesic domes or Scandinavian wooden cabins. Nestled among North Devon farmland, with the beautiful coastline in striking distance, we're the perfect place for exploring Devon and Cornwall, whether you're a group of friends, an active family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Explore our site to find out more about who we are and what we do here. We can't wait to welcome you! Here at Koa we provide most things that would need for your time away to make things easier. Here are some key points and things that you might need to bring. Upon arrival you will find your beds already made with pillows along with a stock of firewood to keep you toasty for a couple nights (extra wood is available if needed at a small cost just ask a member of staff). In the shared kitchen area you will find your allocated fridge and cupboard. Inside the cupboard we provide a frying pan, saucepan, plates, bowls, glasses, teacups, chopping board, knifes and forks along with a selection of items to help you cook including a cleaning selection and a kettle. Your own towels Seasoning & oils for cooking Your favourite tea & coffee Torch and lantern Umbrella Wellies & waterproofs Coal for the BBQ (BBQ provided on decking) Beach stuff including wind break WiFi is provided in the Rainy Day Room if needed but not in the domes or cabins. Kitchen is open 24/7. Bathrooms are a short walk away from the domes or cabins. We kindly ask our guests to be quiet after 10pm and be considerate of others on site.

- Geodesic Dome — Our Geo Domes They’re perfectly set-up for groups and families and sleep up to six. We provide one king sized bed, two singles and two single fold out futons. Cosily decorated, a log-burning stove will keep you cosy at night. Each dome is situated on its own private wooden platform, which includes a barbecue and outdoor seating. They also make the perfect sunbathing spot! We provide all the bedding including duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and sheets. Don’t forget your towels.
- Cabin — Wood Cabins Perfect for families and couples, our cabins sleep four. We provide one king size bed and two singles. They come equipped with their own barbecue and outdoor seating on your private platform looking down to the North Devon and Cornwall coast. The cabins come with duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and sheets.
