Harebell Pod

Meadowsweet Pod is furnished to a high standard with an en-suite with shower and sleeps 2. This pod is the closest pod to the parking area, being approximately 40 metres away.

We accept well-behaved dogs in Meadowsweet Pod (dependant on breed & a maximum of 2). Please contact us before booking as certain breeds are not suitable.

This pod is also suitable for someone with limited mobility and is wheelchair friendly. It has a larger bathroom with grab rails, a shower seat and a call system. We can provide a foldable ramp for access to the pod. Meadowsweet pod has a double bed, with bedding & linen provided along with towels.

Outside is a private patio area with a table, chairs and a barbecue.

Parking is outside the pod field with a short walk to the pods.

There is a sofa bed (bedding can be provided), kitchenette with sink, microwave, folding table & chairs, fridge with freezer space, toaster, kettle & coffee machine.

The pod is kitted out with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen essentials.

Meadowsweet Pod

Honeysuckle Pod

It is an **adults only** luxury experience to be had here when you come glamping at **Bradley Hall Rural Escapes** in the seriously beautiful **Cheshire** countryside.  This 106 acre working farm offers peace, quiet and stunning views, and you can be sure of a relaxing stay, with the welcoming owners - Anthony and Jane - looking after you very well indeed.

If you have your own motorhome or caravan, Bradley Hall has a small touring park made up of five pitches on a pretty, well mown field but in 2018, they launched their **five beautifully appointed glamping pods**, situated out on the farmland with stunning views across to **Malpas** and the surrounding rolling countryside of Cheshire.  The glamping pods- all named after wildflowers paying homage to the meadow they are in -  have **ensuite facilities** and are heated, which means you can come and stay in the winter months and be just as cosy!   Each pod contains a double bed (linen and towels all included which is a huge bonus), a small kitchenette with all the essentials and a TV.  The lovely hosts also add in a few very nice touches with a welcome pack. Outdoors, each has a **private patio** area with table, chairs and a barbeque for al fresco dining on the warmer evenings.  Good to note that Meadowsweet pod is wheelchair friendly and therefore suitable for guests with more limited mobility.  An extra nice touch; there is car parking available for each pod, but these are set slightly away from the wildflower meadow, meaning no unwelcome noises or fumes.

Not content with herding their cattle and running a campsite and glamping pods, Anthony and Jane also coordinate a range of **arts and crafts creative workshops** over the summer months which take place in the dairy barn.  Non-glampers are also welcome, but groups are limited to small numbers so you can be sure of a very personal experience.  You are warmly encouraged to have a go at something new, or, if you’re a seasoned crafter, enjoy some relaxing time with like-minded people in a gorgeous location!  The courses are all run by local artist and designer Jo who has 30 years of experience, so you know you are in good hands here.  The peaceful surroundings certainly inspire the old creative juices to get flowing!

Being rural doesn’t mean that there aren't lots of things to do and places to explore while you are staying here.  The picturesque village of **Malpas** is just a couple of miles away, and here you can wander around the medieval streets and visit the original **motte and bailey castle**.  And if history is your thing then you are spoilt for choice, with several historic houses; **Beeston Castle**, **Cholmondeley Castle** gardens and **Chirk Castle** to name a few - all within reach.  For the more adventurous, how about a **tandem skydive** at Tilstock Airfield or some high ropes action at **GoApe** in the gorgeous **Delamere Forest**!  There is loads to see and do in this area of Cheshire so make sure you leave enough time to explore everything.  **Bradley Hall Rural Escapes** is in a fantastic part of the county, and to retreat back to your pod at the end of the day makes for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.  Guests rave about the welcoming hosts, **exceptionally clean** glamping pods and lovely atmosphere, and it is easy to see why people come back time and again.  A great glamping spot in the Cheshire countryside.

The glamping pods were designed by us and sleep **up to 4 people.**

There is a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge area and a separate shower and toilet.

The pods come with full cooking facilities a refrigerator, eating area, television, central heating and patio overlooking the Cheshire plains. There is also a picnic bench and fire pit with each pod. 

We provide all the bedding you just **provide your own towels.**

For camping in tents, we have a camping field on a slight gradient. There are 12 x 6 amp hookup points on the field with drinking water and grey water drainage. As it’s a camping field we cannot allocate pitches, nor guarantee that you can pitch next to a friend. There is however usually enough space to camp where you want and a picnic table for each pitch.

There are currently 7 grass tourer pitches, 5 of which have a hardstanding area. Each pitch has its own 6 amp electric hookup with water and grey water drainage. The pitches are 11m x 11m. Pitches are not allocated before your arrival. Each pitch also has it’s own picnic table.

We are a small glamping site that caters for tents, caravans (Camping and Caravanning Club Members only  new sign ups welcome) and the all important luxury glamping pods for all year round getaways. Whilst we may be small and new to glamping, we aim for quality relaxation for busy families and hope to make your stay as personal and enjoyable as possible. Family and couple friendly.

We offer our clients a range of services from welcome packs, fire pits, fire wood and cycle hire. We do have plans to add to the services we offer, but will keep them a surprise for now.

**General Facilities:**

On site there are four showers, four toilets, four sinks, hand dryers, hairdryer and phone charging points. We also provide automated sanitiser units outside, next to the two dishwashing sinks

- We have a sheltered chemical disposal point unit for portable toilet waste together with a handwash unit inside.

- We have numerous mixed waste bins at the entrance, by the middle gate and by the loo block. The waste is separated off site for recycling. We also have dedicated food, glass and cardboard waste recycling bins on site. Please ensure you take home any non-general waste.  The bins are provided for domestic waste, not tents, camping beds, camping chairs, fire pits complete with hot coals and burnt sausages.

- We offer fire pit hire at a cost of £5 per night and £5 per large bucket of mixed kindling, soft and hardwood. You can bring your own BBQ’s and/or fire pits, but they must be far enough off the ground so as to not burn the grass.

- We have a secure dog walking field on site for your pooches by the entrance gate. Whilst we cannot guarantee your pooch can escape, we’ve had none to date and it’s a good way to let the pooches off the lead for a good run around. Dogs must remain on a lead on the rest of the site and you must clean up after them.

- We have a few adult bikes on site ready for hire, so you can enjoy the National Cycle route which we are on. If you need more than a few bikes, please get in touch and we will arrange something with a local hire shop.

- We do offer a sanitary ‘freeze your packs off’ service subject to request.

Robin Non-Electric Grass Pitch

Manor Farm Shop, Cafe and campsite is a family run business in Tattenhall, Cheshire. We sell locally sourced and seasonal products. Our onsite shop carries all the essentials you will need for your camping stay, including BBQ's, firewood and of course sausages and burgers made fresh from our friendly butcher at Kelsall.  Old Ma's cafe is also based on site offering a wide range of meals, cakes and drinks to eat in or takeaway. Wifi is only accessible at the cafe area and is **not** on the campsite. 

The camping site offers electrical pitches as well as non electrical pitches, hard standing, hard standing with grass and grass pitches. There is no minimum night stay. Manor Farm is located near Tattenhall village which has excellent local pubs, Spar shop, Post office, chemist and plenty of takeaways to choose from. Not too far from the campsite is the Ice Cream Farm, The Crocky Trail and the Candle Workshop. Within a 10 minute drive you will be in Chester town centre. We do not allow under 18's to camp without a parent or guardian being onsite with them

Wanting to explore? Then within a short drive you see Beeston Castle, Bolesworth Castle and Peckforton Castle.  Chester is a 10 minute bus ride away with the bus stopping at the campsite gates. Chester Zoo is easily access taking about 15 minutes to drive there.

Firepits are allowed but have to be off the grass and we do hire them. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite.  There is a dog walking area.  There is a strict 5 mile per hour speed limit. Gazebo's are allowed, £10 per pitch per night.

The pods are well-spaced with decking and a lawned area with a picnic table and fire pit for a barbeque.

Ellesmere is a quiet market town, dating from Saxon times, and known as the lake district of Shropshire, with glacial meres adjoining rural canals. We are on the Welsh/Shropshire border – just 2 miles from North Wales and 5 miles from Cheshire – about an hour from Liverpool, Manchester and the north-side of Birmingham. In the locality there are plenty tourist attractions such as castles, National Trust properties, steam railways and abundant bird-life. The historic cities of Chester and Shrewsbury are nearby.

Ellesmere is well-provided with shops, pubs and parking and hosts many popular events each year.

Abbey Green Farm Camping & Touring Park

The site has excellent access. It is approached by a sweeping roadway lawned either side and lined by daffodils and fruit trees.

There are 60 Hook-up points each offering Electric and Mains Water POINT and Night Lights. The site offers Chemical Waste Disposal Point and Grey Water Disposal Point. Discrete, but easily accessible. Gas can be purchased just 5 minutes away in Ellesmere. Each of the thirty four Pitches is grassed and backing onto hedgerow. Awnings are most welcome. Each Pitch looks out onto the remainder of the 6 Acre Site, which is lawned and level, giving superb views over the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Welsh Hills.

Grassy Meadow Tent Pitch

The Park is set in the small hamlet of The Newnes, where Robin’s family have farmed for seven generations, since 1840.  The Newnes dates back to Medieval times and gets its name from when King Edward II is said to have placed some new people on the property formerly occupied by displaced Welsh Rebels.  The origin of these people is unknown, but they were referred to as the neow-ones (old English Neowe = new), hence the name Newnes.

 The touring caravan park is set in the midst of North Shropshire , half a mile (10 minute walk) from the Historic Market town of Ellesmere.  Known as ‘Shropshire’s Lake District.’

 Being exclusively for adults in search of peace and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of family parks.

 An elevated site with level pitches and stunning views over rolling farmland and hills beyond.

Our aim has been to create a peaceful and tranquil site where your stay will enable you to have the break of your choice. Just sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside or take advantage of the network of footpaths that take you into the heart of the market town of Ellesmere the birthplace of the Llangollen Canal, built by Thomas Telford.   Surrounded by circular walks and woodlands and is a nature lover’s paradise with it’s nine glacial meres.

An Ideal holiday base to relax and unwind or to explore the area by walking, cycling, driving or by catching a bus.

Newnes Touring Caravan Park

Sparrow is a large tent pitch located on the hay field. This pitch is located at the top of the field next to Squirrel.

There is room for a good sized family tent and pup tents are welcome.

Sparrow can accommodate a maximum tent size of 6m x 4m.

A complimentary net of firewood is provided on arrival and further nets can be purchased for £4.00 each. You an also hire one of our hand forged cooking tripod kits for your stay for £15 and try your hand at campfire cookery.

Greener Camping Club membership required. Please add it on extra products if you're not a member

If you are a large family or camping with friends, this pitch can be doubled up to allow two large tents for an additional nightly charge. An additional Greener Camping Club membership will need to be purchased.

If you fancy camping without the hassle or need to travel light and prefer a few home comforts such as a proper bed, then our pre-erected bell tent is ideal.

The Coppice Pitch is set up with a spacious 5 metre nomadic bell tent that comfortably fits up to four adult occupants.

Furnished with a comfy double bed and up to two singles together with seating and subtle off grid lighting this tent has plenty of cosy space. Booking is for a minimum of two nights at a nightly rate of £90.00 for four occupants.

If you are a large family or travelling with friends our private companion tent pitch adjacent to the bell tent can be booked for an additional nightly rate to allow friends and family to pitch their own tent or hire an unfurnished 5m bell tent. A second Greener Camping Club membership will be charged, please contact the site for prices and to arrange this. 

A welcome basket with tea, coffee, milk, juice and essentials is included with your booking.

A complimentary net of firewood is provided on arrival and further nets can be purchased for £4.00 each.

The Coppice Pitch includes its own undercover seating and equipped kitchen area with campfire and cooking tripod. All our pitches have their own private composting toilet unit.

In addition to our standard double bed ,we have two low level single beds that can be stacked to make one taller single or separated to make two singles or one double. We are happy to arrange the furniture to suit your preferences – just let us know when booking. Please note that naked flames including candles, tea lights, bbqs and gas heaters are not permitted in the tent under any circumstances. Smoking is prohibited in the tent.

A deposit of £100 is payable on arrival to cover any loss or damage to the tent or contents. This is refundable on completion of your stay.

Unfortunately we can only allow children aged 4 and over to stay at the Coppice pitch.

COPPICE BELL TENT

Squirrel is a generous tent pitch located at the far end of the hayfield and furthest from the facilities. This pitch is next to Sparrow. Squirrel looks out across Buzzard’s Meadow, home to our herd of goats during summer.

There is room for a good sized family tent and pup tents are welcome.

Squirrel can accommodate a maximum tent size of 8m x 6m.

A complimentary net of firewood is provided on arrival and further nets can be purchased for £4.00 each. You an also hire one of our hand forged cooking tripod kits for your stay for £15 and try your hand at campfire cookery.

SQUIRREL PITCH

New for 2021, Acorn is our smallest pitch and is limited to two occupants and 1 child with a maximum tent size of 2.5m x 2.5m. The pitch is tucked away next to our ancient Oak tree and is screened with a new planting of Cornus, field maple, and bird cherries.

Perfect for stop-over stays, Acorn is a back to basics camping pitch but still has a shelter, table, and campfire pit for cozy nights whatever the weather. Logs, firelighters, and matches can be purchased on site.

There is no vehicle access and the pitch is a short walk across the top field from the car park, toilet, and shower.

Sorry, no dogs other than assistance dogs are permitted on Acorn. Guests traveling with dogs are welcome to book on Sparrow, Squirrel, and Wren pitches.

Min 1 night stay, max 3 nights stay.

ACORN PITCH

Wren is our largest pitch located on the hay field. Set apart from Sparrow and Squirrel in the centre of the field this is the most open of the three tent pitches and nearest to the path up to the shared facilities.

There is room for a good sized family tent and pup tents are welcome or alternatively the pitch can be booked as a double pitch (2 units) comfortably accommodating two medium tents if you’d like to book with family or friends.

Wren can accommodate a maximum single tent size of 8m x 6m or when booked as a double pitch 2 x medium family tents or 2 x 4m bell tents .

A complimentary net of firewood is provided on arrival and further nets can be purchased for £4.00 each. You could also hire one of our hand forged cooking tripod kits for your stay for £15 and try your hand at campfire cookery.

 WREN PITCH

Light a campfire, go for a walk, explore the area, play games, watch the wildlife, read a book, simply relax. 

A quiet and secluded Greener Camping Club members only site for families and couples, with a silent-site policy after 10 pm.

Perfect to escape from it all, enjoy a digital detox and recharge the batteries whilst letting the children embrace the outdoors. The environment is at the heart of our site and recycling, renewable energy and sustainable practices are actively embraced.

Please note that the Greener Camping Club Membership fee of £12 is compulsory and non-refundable. We offer either full-price bookings with our standard cancellation terms or non-refundable bookings with a 10% discount on our standard nightly rates.

Wild Cherry Camping

All of our facilities are fully accessible for wheelchairs. We also have a disabled wet room and a separate disabled toilet. 

We recommend that you request pitches closer to facilities for even better access.

Two water and drainage facilities at either end of the site.

We also have free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Chemical waste disposal point (end of facilities block).

 We have our own recycling bins and encourage you to be green and recycle all of your plastic, tin, paper, cardboard and glass waste.

 Clean, fresh drinking water is available at points around the site.

 You will find a dog walking area at the base of the tree-lined section of the park.

The site allows you to integrate yourself into nature without sacrificing your comfort. At our site, you will have all the basics you need to stay comfortable, along with some extra luxuries (don’t forget to bring a swimming suit for your private jacuzzi!). Whenever you are ready to recharge indoors, you can come back to catch a film on the television in your pod. Guests are responsible for bringing their own towels and bedding, and everything they would bring for a camping holiday. Bring any other extra important belongings along with you, and rest assured they are safe and secure in your pod while you enjoy the outdoors.

At Fishpool Farm caravan and camping site, we welcome families, couples and individuals in motorhomes, caravans, trailer tents and tents. We are a dog-friendly campsite, but we do insist that dogs are kept on leads at all times. Onsite you have access to toilets and showers for both abled and less abled persons. We also have a small wooded area, ideal for walking your dog. An easy 2-minute walk from our site you will find The Fishpool Inn restaurant and pub. A 10-minute stroll will get you to The Vale Abbey Arms Pub with a large menu of more competitively priced meals. Just 2 miles away you will come to Delamere Forest, with great walks and the visitor centre. Located there is Tracs bike rental and Go Ape (for the more adventurous amongst you).

Fishpool Farm Caravan Park

Acorns Caravan Park is operated by its owners, Doris and David Roston, who will give you a friendly welcome. Every pitch has electricity available and is set on hardstanding. Sorry, tents cannot stay. No Showers/Toilet Blocks. The site is an ideal base to explore Cheshire from, and Oulton Park Racing Circuit with its comprehensive programme of events throughout the year is only three miles away.

The Acorns Caravan Park is situated in the heart of the Cheshire countryside adjacent to the Whitegate Way, which is the old salt railway line. The Whitegate Way gives miles of access through the Cheshire countryside for walkers, cyclists and horse riders away from traffic. Whatever the season, Cheshire’s delightful countryside provides an ideal refuge from the pressures of everyday life.

Acorns Caravan Park is operated by its owners, Doris and David Roston, who will give you a friendly welcome. A spacious lawned site on free draining soil. Located 400m from the nearest highway and adjacent to miles of walking away from traffic, provides a safe environment for children.
