Established in 1988, Woodview is part of The Camping & Caravanning Club which is run by The Black Family situated in Catterlen just half a mile off the M6 at Junction 41 in the perfect location for breaking up the journey when travelling to and from Scotland. just 5 mins from The Market Town of Penrith also great for exploring the area with Lake Ullswater only 20 minutes away, Carlisle 15 mins and Keswick and Kendal 30 mins. ​ A family run pub in Newton Reigny called "The Sun Inn" which is just a 30min walk but maybe slightly longer on the way back depending how many beverages you have! ​ (They also offer a takeaway service if your wanting to come back and enjoy in your own comfort) See there Menu's HERE ​ There is lots to do in the area take a look at our "THINGS TO DO" page, for example Penrith has lots of nice pubs and restaurants, supermarkets, cinema. ​ We take pride in our site and its facilities and hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.
