Roselands caravan and camping park is a family run Park catering for up to 20 touring caravans, motor homes and tents. Plus we offer 19 self-catering holiday caravans. We are located just 2 miles from the coastal path and some of the most dramatic coastlines in Cornwall, are only 5 miles away from Land’s End and 3 miles from the famous surfing beach at Sennen Cove. Although there are many campsites in Cornwall, Roselands is placed at the heart of Cornwall’s mining and cultural heritage located on the Tin Coast. The iconic Crowns Engine houses sit on the edge of the cliffs near to the town of St Just plus there are many walks to Cape Cornwall, Cot Valley and beyond. BY BUS: Catch the 409 Bus service from Penzance Bus Station or St Just Bus station and get off at the Brown Roselands caravan park sign at the Dowran turning there are no bus stop signs just ask the driver. Look for Grumble on the timetable here. BY CAR: From the A30 Penzance bypass, turn right or left from Land’s End for St Just on the A3071. Continue forward for 5 and 1/2 miles and before reaching the town of St Just, turn left at the Brown sign for Roselands caravan park.
Accommodation types
- Camping and Touring Serviced Pitch — The camping /touring pitches are surrounded by a mix of hedges and Cornish hedging. Each pitch is only a few metres from a water standpipe and all are with electric hook-ups available. Each camping pitch is available to tents no larger than 7m x 5m, camper-vans, touring caravans (no double axels ) max length 7.4m and motorhomes no larger than 7.4m Max pitch is 9m x 9m to include guy ropes and one vehicle, no vehicles longer than 6m in total. Max 5 family members on each pitch to include infants, ( max 3 adults ) We provide the space you need to enjoy a relaxing break in a beautiful county We accommodate climbing parties, outdoor pursuit groups, just message us for more details. If you need public transport from the site we have a local small bus service that picks up only 300m meters away from the parks entrance. There is no bus stop just wave it down, there is a link to its times, look for Grumbla on the timetable : click here Number 8 Bus service from St Just you can catch the A3 open top bus service from St Just. There is an indoor washing-up area with deep sinks, free hot water and room to stack your pots. The laundry is fitted with commercial washing machines, tumble dryers, freezers are provided free of charge for you to store freezer blocks plus a chemical waste and Grey water waste disposal area. There is a very large conservatory/day room for those wet days with Tv, children and adult book library and board games. WIFI is Free Ice pack facilities – free Recharge phones – free We welcome all well-behaved dogs to our camping and caravan park, we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times. Next to the park is a large moorland where you can walk and exercise your dog.
- Porthminster — Porthminster holiday home is a very spacious 36ft x 12ft, three bedroomed 8 berth caravan with central heating, double glazing throughout designed to a very high spec, contemporary modern electric fire in the lounge area and also having two bathrooms for convenience living. The kitchen has ample storage in its wall and base units with cooker hood fitted over electric oven and gas hob, complete with large fridge freezer and microwave. You will always be comfortable in this model with luxury sprung seating and deluxe mattresses alongside modern innovations for contemporary living. Plus outside Decking Area with Garden Furniture. Plus Electricity & gas included. Bedding if hired will be left on the bed for the customer to makeup and beds to be stripped before leaving and placed in bags due to Covid 19.
- Sennen — This Sennen holiday home caravan is new for 2020 having one double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms, with an occasional sofa bed in the living area plus separate toilet and basin. With double glazing, central heating and great insulation in the walls and roof, the lounge can be warm and welcoming during the early and late seasons. Sennen’s kitchen is contemporary and practical, designed to complement the dining area, which presents a freestanding dining table with fixed seating and two stools. As well as optimised storage, the kitchen offers quality appliances from a glass-fronted oven and grill with a four-burner gas hob, hood and extractor fan, to an integrated A+ rated double door fridge freezer*. You will always be comfortable in this model with luxury sprung seating and deluxe mattresses alongside modern innovations for contemporary living. Plus outside Decking Area with Garden Furniture. - Godrevy — The Godrevy two-berth caravan is named after one of our beautiful Cornish beaches is dog friendly and has one double bedroom, a double foldout bed in the living area plus a separate toilet & basin. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, gas oven, microwave and fridge. LED TV with Freeview and the Godrevy holiday home has its own garden, A-frame bench outside, electricity and gas included.
- Porthcurno — This dog-friendly Porthcurno holiday home caravan is a very large holiday home 35ft x 12 ft 6 berth it has one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, a double fold-out bed in the living area plus a separate toilet and basin. Full central heating, power shower. Double glazing fully-equipped kitchen with hob, gas oven, microwave and fridge. TV with Freeview, DVD player plus outside decking area with garden furniture. Plus electricity and gas included. Bedding if hired will be left on the bed for the customer to makeup and beds to be stripped before leaving and placed in bags due to Covid 19.
- Porthgwarra — Coaster holiday home is a very spacious 38ft x 12ft, three bedroomed 8 berth caravan with central heating, double glazing throughout designed to a very high specification.
- Lamorna — This Lamorna holiday home caravan is a dog-friendly medium-sized very modern peaked roof holiday home, 28ft x 10 ft 4 berth with one double bedroom, one twin-bedded room. Plus a separate toilet and basin, gas fire, panel heaters, shower, fully-equipped kitchen with hob, gas oven, microwave and fridge. TV with Freeview, DVD Player and each Lamorna Holiday Home has its garden picnic bench outside. - Penberth — This Penberth holiday home has one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, with an occasional sofa bed in the living area offering a 5 berth home. With double glazing, central heating and great insulation in the walls and roof, the lounge can be warm and welcoming during the early and late seasons. The kitchen/ Dining area is contemporary and practical, designed to complement the dining area, which presents a freestanding dining table with fixed seating and two stools. - Gwenver — New for 2021: Gwenver 5 berth. This thoughtful design offers many of the features you find in your own home. The kitchen has ample storage in its wall and base units with cooker hood fitted over electric oven and gas hob, complete with fridge freezer and microwave. With its spacious rooms and contemporary furniture, it is no surprise that the Gwenver is a popular choice. With comfortable lounge seating and a fixed dinette, Gwenver offers ample space for families to get together. A beautiful and well-equipped domestic style kitchen has plenty of storage and worktop space, microwave oven and fridge freezer.
