Peacock Waters is a beautifully peaceful lake and caravan site with all year fishing in a picturesque setting, located on the outskirts of the village of Timberland. Shops are available in nearby villages and in Woodhall Spa which also has facilities such as an outdoor lido, cinema and a golf course. The historic City of Lincoln with its Cathedral and Castle is 15 miles away. Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable visit and want to return again and again. The site offers: A 2 acre fishing lake with about 25 pegs which provides fantastic fishing for silverfish and carp. A small touring site with electric hook-up and a heated shower block (shower block will remain closed during current COVID-19 pandemic). Seasonal Tourers are also welcome. ​ Willow caravan is a 4-6 berth central heated static caravan on the water's edge and is available for holiday hire. Peacock Barn is a converted barn which sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and offers beautiful holiday accommodation overlooking the fishing lake.
