Wye Tipi Camping provide tipi hire and arrange group activity weekends in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean area, we specialise in corporate & business events, stag and hen events, 30th, 40th, 50th & 60th birthday celebrations, friends get togethers & reunions. Our Tipi Meadows site in Monmouth offers plenty of space for each group with individual campfires and your tents pitched around in a circle. The site is located on the bank of the River Wye, is a natural and green space with campfires for each group yet 10 minutes walk to Monmouth town and close to the A40. You can also hire tipis to be put up on any site you have permission, on a campsite, farmers field or in your garden. We know the Wye Valley like the back of our hand and how to enjoy it from everyone’s perspective, we know the river too and all the distances along the river between campsites for planning multi-day canoe and kayak trips. Oh and we provide a fantastically good quality and convenient do it yourself BBQ setup for groups, all the equipment and a great butchers selection that has everyone impressed and appetites satisfied. All our bookings are bespoke activity packages and we aim to provide as close to what you want as is possible. We have years of experience organising events, activities and tipi hire. Accommodation types
- COMFORT setup — These are also set up with coir matting, sheepskins and upgraded with comfy sleeping mats. We also provide an extra dedicated communal social tent over the SIMPLE setup, furnishing the communal Tipi with yoga chairs to sit around the fire, a fire grate and a kettle. Your site will also be upgraded with a large canvas outdoor shelter. You need to bring your own warm sleeping bag/pillow.
- SIMPLE setup — The SIMPLE setup compromises of tipis and bell tents suitable for social and accommodation space. Included is your own area with outdoor shelter, an outdoor fire place with wooden benches, picnic tables, we also supply 1 bag of logs per tent per night and a bag of kindling. Our Tipis & Bell tents come furnished with coconut matting and sheepskins.
