April 2021 Update – Following the latest Scottish Government announcement on 13 April on the easing of level 3 restrictions to allow non-essential travel from 26 April, we have now opened up online bookings from 26 April. Birsay Campsite will reopen on 1 April (subject to current Scottish Government restrictions at the time) but the Hostel will remain closed to the public for the 2021 season. The capacity of the campsite has been greatly reduced and all guests staying at our sites must understand our terms and conditions and follow the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions put in place for the protection and safety of all staff and visitors.
