Derbyshire Hills Campsite is a peaceful base to enjoy the natural beauty of the Derbyshire Hills and Dales. For the more energetic there are many spectacular walks ranging from an easy riverside stroll through to the more challenging hill walks in the surrounding areas. ​ The campsite is fairly level and set in a quiet location deep in the Derbyshire countryside, surrounded by beautiful views looking over to the woods and hills. Grindlow neighbours many small and beautiful villages including, Great Hucklow, Foolow, Eyam , Monsal Head and Tideswell ​ There are many local places to eat which are welcoming and offer meals at reasonable prices catering for all ages. ​ Camping at Derbyshire Hills Campsite is an ideal starting point for walking, biking, hiking and gliding . We welcome motorhomes, campervans and tents . ​ This is a small family run campsite in a quiet location. ​ Duke of Edinburgh's Award friendly site. All bookings need to be made in advance. ​
