Welcome to Primrose Farm holidays positioned in the heart of Cornwall, a short drive from many beaches, including Perranporth, St Agnes and Porthtowan, as well as the historic city of Truro. Our site is the perfect destination for those wanting easy access to the whole of Cornwall. Located just off the A390, Primrose Farm is easy to access making us an ideal site for caravans, tents, campervans and those looking for a little indulgence with our glamping safari tents. We have spacious fields for those looking for natural camping, with the main field ideally situated in the centre of the site. So, whether you are Camping Glamping or Touring, pitch up, grab a pile of wood, light your fire, crack open a few beers, sling some sausages on the barbeque and enjoy. The glamping field situated on the other side of the farm is perfect for families and couples alike offering 2.5 acres of space to run, play and enjoy the open countryside. We want all our guests to feel welcome and at home, as somewhere you can escape and be yourself, with your family, your mates, your kids, your partner or just on your own.
Accommodation types
- Bluebell — Safari tent with Hot Tub, King size bed, bunk beds, single bed as required, En-suite with the real loo! Hot and cold water, log burning stove with oven, full set of kitchen utensils pots and pans etc. fridge freezer, USB charging hub, outside cooking area on the front desk, sofa, outdoor rattan furniture, large fire pit with BBQ, picnic bench, blankets, bedding and towels provided. Every effort will be made to have your hot tub up to temp for your arrival but this cannot be guaranteed. The hot tub will be emptied and cleaned between stays. Chlorine tablets are used during your stay.
- Foxglove — King size bed with memory foam mattress, up to 3 single beds as required, private Bathroom with real loo!! Hot and cold running water, Log burning stove, Full set of kitchen utensils pots and pans etc. Fridge freezer, USB charging Hub, Outside cooking area, sofa, Outdoor Rattan Furniture, Large Firepit with BBQ, Picnic Bench, Blankets & bedding and towels provided.
- Grass Pitch with Electric Hookup — Set across two and a half acres, our site boasts great views over the Cornish countryside and offers a great location to reach all of Cornwall's amazing attractions. Surrounded by local wildlife you can be assured of a restful stay with lots of space for all to enjoy. Our brand new facilities provide plenty of hot water for the perfect shower as well as a spacious wash-up and laundry area. All our pitches are very generous in size with a minimum of 9m x 10m and are suitable for caravans, motor homes and tents alike.
- Tulip — Tulip has been designed with couples in mind. You'll find a king-size bed in the spacious open plan living space, with a sofa for two and armchair, a log burner for heating, it comes with its hot tub for your private use throughout your stay, located just beside your deck. There is even a socket to charge your phone or to use a hairdryer. It also boasts a well-equipped camp kitchen with an under-counter fridge and all the cooking utensils you need to make a hearty meal for you and your loved one. Located next to the tent you have your private bathroom with a hot shower and proper flushing toilet. There are plenty of soft furnishings and woolly blankets for sofas and beds. Also hot water bottles in case the nights are chilly come spring and autumn.

- Buttercup — Our Buttercup safari tent is one of the largest tents we have on-site. It comes with its hot tub for your private use, throughout your stay, located just in front of your deck, it is perfect for families or group bookings. Sleeping up to five people, this beautiful lodge has two separate bedrooms, with a king-sized bed in one, and a bunk bed in the other with a cabin bed which can be used for additional sleeping space. There is even a socket to charge your phone or to use a hairdryer, next to the bedside light. It also boasts a well-equipped kitchen with an under-counter fridge, a log-fired stove for both cooking and heating and all the cooking utensils you need to make a hearty meal for you and your family. There'll be no need for nighttime treks across a field to a shared toilet as each tent has a private en-suite bathroom with a hot shower and proper flushing toilet. There are plenty of soft furnishings and soft blankets for sofas and beds. Also hot water bottles in case the nights are chilly come spring and autumn.
