Located in Ramsbottom, Lancashire the thriving Artsiness former mill town with a whiff of battiness. ​ Honestly it really is great. We have some of the nicest and quirkiest places to eat and drink, The famous East Lancs Railways, festivals, farmers markets, World Black Pudding championships, Cricket, Football, Crazy traditions and a community made up of some of the nicest people you will ever meet. So what are you waiting for, pack a bag, make a call, gather your friends (or come alone) and make some memories.

  • Jasmine - The Yurt — The Paddock is the perfect place to pitch your tent for a camping or glamping holiday. Besides the fact that it is one of the only flat fields within walking distance to Ramsbottom, we boast ourselves on being a small, friendly site that you can sit and watch the world go by, or, you can go on an adventure, either way you will have a wonderful time. ​The yurts really take camping to another level, they are fully furnished with everything you could need, from all kitchen equipment to a cozy double bed and log burner, BBQ and fire pit for the evenings and a selection of games for inside and outside. The yurts have a double bed and also a double fold out bed for extra guests. They also have a cooking area that provides all cooking facilities, storage space and cool box. This area is covered by a large canvas awning giving you a dry outside dining/lounging area. If you would like your beds made up on arrival please add the bedding packing as an extra to your booking. You get a bucket of wood for the indoor log burner, for the first night, firelighters and marshmallows for toasting. You can purchase more wood and charcoal for the rest of your holiday from the honesty shed when needed. Yurt guests use the communal showers and toilet near the pot washing area that have instantaneous hot water and powerful showers! Don't forget we have an honesty shed with Wood, Charcoal and camping essentials so you don't even have to bring any of that with you!​ For an easy local wander, try the Irwell Sculpture trail, which you can join at the bottom of the lane – a nice walk with huge sculptures along the way.   • Polly Pod — Polly Pod, sleeping 4, 5 at a push as there's a table that can fold down to a small single bed, however we feel its better to just sleep 4 with the two double bunk style beds. If you are a larger group of people then we would suggest booking Bill & Ben also as these will be the closest pods to you and work very well for groups or larger families. You have the added bonus of being able to fold up the sides and star gaze on summer nights. Polly comes complete with a dining pod and outside you have the same style kitchen area as the yurts, with gas stove, pots, pans and kitchen essentials.   • Belle -The Safari Tent — Belle is the largest of our Glamping accommodation options here at The Paddock. It has two separate bedrooms with one double bed in one of the rooms and a full size single bunk bed in the other room. The large living area has the kitchen inside, dining table and two double sofas that can make up another two double beds. A log burner is also in the living area to keep you cozy on colder days. ​The Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and everything you should need to be able to cook for 8 people. You will need to bring your own bedding for the beds or add them on to your "Extras" when booking then the beds will be made up for your arrival.   • Bill & Ben - Quirky Space — The Paddock is the perfect place to pitch your tent for a camping or glamping holiday. Besides the fact that it is one of the only flat fields within walking distance to Ramsbottom, we boast ourselves on being a small, friendly site that you can sit and watch the world go by, or, you can go on an adventure, either way you will have a wonderful time. These Glamping spaces are the cutest little places to stay. You have the added bonus of being able to fold up the sides and star gaze on summer nights. Bill has a double bed with a single bunk bed above with space to add an airbed should you require a fourth bed, so sleeping 4, all bedding is included including a single sleeping bag for the spare airbed if its required. Ben is your separate dining pod. The windows open and this has seating for 4, new lighting inside for 2020 season and on a rainy day its perfect for shelter and to play a game or two. Outside you will find a Kitchen area that has your gas stove and kitchen essentials along with a picnic bench so you can move this out into the sunshine should you like to. You have a BBQ, Fire Pit and cooking area. Even the pots and pans for people are included, all you will need to bring are towels and food supplies.
