• Check in is from 3pm unless by arrangement. Departure by 10am unless by arrangement. • No driving on site between 11pm and 8am. • To help make everyone’s stay enjoyable please keep noise down to a minimum between 10pm and 8am • Please supervise children at all times this includes being accompanied in the building. • Dogs are welcome however must be kept on a lead and any mess picked up. • Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided in the car park. Please recycle where possible. • One vehicle per pitch is permitted. Additional vehicles by arrangement. • Open fires are prohibited anywhere on site. BBQ’s are permitted but must be raised or on bricks and away from grass, plants, trees and combustible materials. • All accidents or incidents on the site must be reported to the Management. • In out of hours emergencies call – 01458 448902 • The fire meeting point is in the carpark by the garage. • Units to be a minimum of 3m apart • Generators are not permitted unless by prior arrangement. • Any problems caused, or damage done by under 18’s will be the responsibility of the parents or guardians. • The booking is accepted on the strict understanding that persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to drink or buy alcoholic beverages on-site. Persons found doing so will be immediately expelled from the park together with all persons occupying the same pitch. Young people must bring some form of identification to prove they are over 18 years of age if they wish to drink alcohol on-site. • We do not accept commercial vehicles and we may refuse entry to particularly large caravans or motorhomes we deem to be unsuitable.
