Heading into October, we are a little quieter but still busy with around 6 vehicles per night. The Stopover is located on an open pier. Although most days are fine, sometimes we have gales. If high winds are combined with high tides, it is possible for the water to wash onto the pier. Please use common sense where the weather is concerned. Our site is not supervised. During a gale, you may want to go elsewhere or park parallel to the rear embankment.
