A beautiful caravan park in the North East of Scotland, we pride ourselves on offering a quiet country retreat with campers' kitchen, toilets and showers, and key facilities expected at a good site. We are on the North Sea cycle route and welcome cyclists heading in either direction We are also a very dog-friendly place, with a purpose-built large and secure dog exercise area. Halfway around the NE250 route, and also on the North Sea cycle route, Planet Balthangie is superbly situated for exploring Banff and the whole of Aberdeenshire with ample country woodland walks just down the road, and further coastal walks just half an hour away in the car. There is a myriad of cycle routes in the area, and with the local pubs, just five minutes drive or cycle to the local villages of Cuminestown or New Deer, where you will also find small shops, a garage, and a post office and bank. Turriff, the nearest town, is a thriving metropolis of shops and eateries and is only fifteen minutes away by car. Further entertainment including eateries, cinemas, and theatres are found in the city of Aberdeen just 35 miles to the South.

- Electric Grass Touring Caravan Pitch — BBQs and raised firepits allowed (permission must be sought first before siting any naked flames and is dependent on weather conditions), Chemical and Grey water Disposal Points. Dogs Allowed. Larger Groups are allowed but by pre-agreement only.
