Tremorvu is a quiet family run campsite situated in the hamlet of Tresowes Hill, Ashton situated between Helston and Penzance.

We provide glamping, camping & touring holidays for families and couples.

The campsite sits in eight acres of beautiful countryside bordered by Cornish hedges filled with wildflowers and attracting an abundance of wildlife, including foxes, badgers, rabbits, buzzards, owls and swallows.

Distant views of the Atlantic Ocean to the South and Penwith Peninsula to the West showcase spectacular sunsets. North of the site is Tregonning Hill, a rewarding climb, with panoramic views of the surrounding areas and further afield to Mounts Bay, Falmouth, St Agnes Beacon & St Ives. We are close to many of the coastal film locations featured in BBCs Poldark & Rosamund Pilcher films.

The nearest beach is Praa Sands 1.5 miles away approximately a 45 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. There are lifeguards from May to September and an excellent Beach Bar and Cafe serving food all day. Dogs are banned on the beach during July & August from 10am to 6pm and are allowed at all other times.

There is a pub in Ashton Village serving food, wines and local ales approx 15 minute walk. Porthleven Harbour Village is 4 miles away
