Experience nearly wild camping with dark starry skies and be kept awake by the owls! Wray Valley Camping is based at Riverside B&B near Lustleigh. The campsite is set in 8 acres of fields and woods within Dartmoor National Park with direct access to the Wray Valley Trail, so there is plenty of space to relax, enjoy and explore. We offer basic camping on 5 large flat pitches in our sloping hay meadow and on smaller pitches in our woods. There is a compost loo, water tap and washing up sink and you can paddle and bathe in the river. BBQs, campfires and dogs are permitted. Although we are open all year, you do need to be a member of the Nearly Wild Camping Club to camp out of season. We are also happy to take bookings all year from groups who have their own camping licence, e.g. Duke of Edinburgh Award, Scouts, Guides etc. We are both qualified walking guides and are happy to help you plan a walk or by arrangement we can take you on a walk or provide navigation training. Bike hire is available from Dartmoor Bike Hire which is just over a mile away along the Wray Valley Trail. We also offer B&B if you want a more luxurious experience! Kevin & Michelle
