This family run park is a quiet and simple way to spend your spare time in the North West, as many people have for the last 35 years. Surrounded by acre after acre of field this makes for a great place for outdoor people who love walking around Stalmine's endless backroads.The back roads take you to Hambleton,Knottend and Preesall without the need to go on the main road. It is perfect for dog walking and biking with no need for a car. The site itself has water (drinking) and chemical waste facilities and also has 5 electric hook up points that are kept a side for tourers and rallies. We don't yet have toilet facilities but it's on the to do list,(Hopefully this will happen by the start of 2019 season.) All the pitches are grass and there are no exrta charges for awnings. The local shop and Pub/Resturant are all less than a 5 minute walk away, so there is no need for vehicles. Stalmine is stituated between two towns Blackpool and Lancaster, with them both being around a 25 minute car drive away, it is also on a bus route. The next Village along from Stalmine is Knott-End-On-Sea, which is a 5 minute drive away. Knott-End-On-Sea is home to all the local cafes, shops, Restaurants, takeaways,which include Chinese,Italian and Indian.the is also social clubs/Pubs and 2 chip shops. From here you can also get the Ferry over to Fleetwood and back again. A 5 minute drive in the other direction will bring you to Hambleton which you will find a service station which also has a Cafe/Butty shopTakeaway,Petshop,Barbers,Beauty Salon.Dry Cleaners/Laurndrette,Key cutting and Chipshop all situated on it's grounds. As far as price goes this caravan site will be hard to beat! But as facilities go, it is very simple. The site itself is on 1.5 acres of field, therefore it is easy to find your own quiet spot.All the electric hook up points for tourers are situated on top of the hill which gives you great views from your window. If the best in basic caravan touring, at cheap prices is what you are wanting, Grange Farm Caravan Park is the place for you. Children are very welcome, with a park, children's play area and a football pitch all a 3 minute walk away. Pets are also welcome, as long as you tidy up after them and keep them on a lead.
