Located on the outskirts of the village of Alderholt near Fordingbridge, Foxhill Farm offers an opportunity for a wonderful stay on the edge of the New Forest on the Dorset/Hampshire border. We have a beautiful one bedroom holiday cottage, converted from an old dairy and our delightful two bedroom barn conversion. Also available is a beautiful 1 bedroom Deluxe Shepherd’s Hut and recently completed dog friendly Luxury Shepherd's Retreat. Both built by a local artisan to the highest standard. We have a very popular caravan site for Caravan & Motorhome Club members offering five fully serviced hardstanding pitches with a luxury heated shower block with two wet rooms, separate toilets with shaver points as well as a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and a dish washing up area. We also have a delightful Grade II* listed historic townhouse/apartment in the old town of Fordingbridge, full of character and offering spacious accommodation for up to six people. The local area is extremely popular being ideally situated for exploring the New Forest National Park, the award-winning beaches of Bournemouth, the Jurassic coast within easy reach, the medieval city of Salisbury and much more. Ideally situated to explore Ringwood Forest which is on our doorstep and a short drive will take you to the New Forest National Park, Moors Valley Country Park or the local quaint town of Fordingbridge. The delightful Wimborne Minster or the local market town of Ringwood are both within easy driving distance and offer excellent pubs/restaurants and coffee houses. The spectacular beaches of the Bournemouth coast are an easy 25 minute drive and the Jurassic coast is also within easy reach. The ancient city of Salisbury with its beautiful cathedral is well worth a visit.
