The light, spacious flats have south facing river views making them an ideal holiday location all year round. Enjoy watching the drift of resident swans on the River that ply the river between the bridge and the sea. There is one first floor flat and two ground floor flats available, the latter of which is suitable for families with children and partially-able guests (2 steps to enter). Located just 2 minutes’ walk from the town centre, the flats are very close to the beach, Ayr Citadel Leisure centre, Ayr racecourse and the right side of town for fast access to Prestwick Airport. The Riverside holiday apartments feel quiet and secluded despite their central location and are in the perfect setting for short or long stays. With private parking and a 10-minute walk to the train station, they are easily accessible, even without a car. Ideally suited for an affordable getaway with stunning views and plenty of local activities, the three flats are also close enough together to accommodate a group of up to 12 people – perfect for golfing breaks or housing wedding guests. Each apartment has a spacious, open plan living room and dining room complete with a table and four chairs, and two sofas. The bright, modern kitchens are fully equipped with kettle and toaster, electric cooker and washing machine. Each bathroom has a full-size bath and electric shower, and the bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes.
