Our campsite is ..... set on a quiet country lane in rural north east Norfolk in a beautiful, tranquil spot next to the Norman church of St Micheal's. The village centre of Sutton is a short walk away with a village pond, a pottery (where you can have lessons if you are a 'would be' potter?!), a garden centre and its own Broads access; the main claim to fame of the village is that it has the tallest disused windmill in Europe! We are just 3 miles from the coast and set at the north end of the Norfolk Broads. Despite the quiet and tranquility we are within easy reach of the local town of Stalham with its array of shops, cafes, petrol stations and pubs. The local area boasts a wealth of things to do including fabulous walking, wildlife/bird watching, country houses, messing about on the rivers and broads, beaches and traditional seaside towns. Or you can just relax and enjoy those big Norfolk skies and particularly the stunning sunrise and sunsets.
