ALL youth bookings must have Covid-19 Risk Assessments approved by their relevant authority and a copy sent to us in advance of the visit. All private groups must ensure they read our own assessment which can be accessed from the button below and confirm they will abide by the requirements If you’ve had an Amber Covid-19 risk assessment approved this is still valid, but should be reviewed before considering using the site. You do not have to resubmit this risk assessment to your District for approval unless you’re making any major changes to how you operate If you’ve not yet had a risk assessment approved, you MUST have this approved specifically for Holwell Pastures before you can visit the site AND YOU MUST SEND US A COPY OF YOUR ASSESSMENT. It is recommend you document risks for meeting both indoors and outdoors so you do not need to amend your risk assessment later. COVID-19 safe risk assessments need to be completed separately from programme/activity risk assessments. Whilst these need to be documented, they do not need to be approved by your District, whereas your COVID-19 safe risk assessment does require approval.
