# Mansell Farm Certificated Location

Mansell Farm is a working beef and arable farm situated in the village of Newbold-on-Stour, 6 miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon. The village has a shop/post office, traditional pub (White Hart) and public transport to Stratford to the north and Chipping Norton to the south. Visit Stratford for the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare's birthplace, New Place and Anne Hathaway's Cottage.

We are a stone's throw from the North Cotswolds with numerous Cotswold towns and villages including Chipping Campden, Broadway, and the National Trust property at Hidcote Manor. The local market town of Shipston-on-Stour is 3 miles away.

The site itself is peaceful and scenic with a large pond (you may see ducklings and moorhens) and views to Ilmington and Meon Hills. There are country walks to local village pubs at Armscote and Ilmington. The bus stop is approximately 600 metres from the CL site. There is a beauty salon on the farm.
