Adjacent to the Inn is our very own Campsite (previously operated by the Barn Door Shop) which offers basic facilities, ideally situated for a day on the fells and food and drink afterwards Price is £6.00 per person per night, pay on arrival at the hotel reception We do not accept bookings, but space is not normally a problem other than on Bank Holiday weekends If you wish to have a guaranteed pitch then please contact reception as we have a separate small private spot that can be booked at £10 per person per night, paid in advance We now have new toilets exclusively for campers, a new sink/washup area and, for £1 each, hot showers. (towels/toiletries can be provided for an extra charge, with a refundable deposit required for towels) Breakfast is available to purchase. We offer campers butties with egg and/or bacon as well as a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate at weekends and normally during the week as well.
