To reassure lodge guests, tourers and campers that we are a ‘Coronavirus Safe’ environment, to enjoy holidays with significantly less risk, increased social distancing and to reduce the chances of the virus spreading, we will be opening with the following changes, also in-line with government criteria and guidance. To maintain a high level of social distancing, we will be collecting any outstanding balances before arrival, operating ‘contact-less check-ins’ if requested upon booking or via e-mail afterwards and no longer accepting arrivals that are not pre-booked. All indoor communal areas and all shared facilities, toilets, showers, laundry and pot wash room have restricted capacity (i.e. 3 in, 3 out.) There will still be the chemical disposal point, fresh water taps and grey waste drains provided The communal hot tub for the ‘Luxury Lodges’ is temporarily closed and the Premium Holiday Lodges are completely self-contained and remain unaffected. We will offer a completely ‘contact-free’ check-in and all transactions handled before arrival. Gas and electric sales will be conducted by telephone and delivered to the pitch strictly between 9AM to 5PM. We will no longer be accepting un-booked arrivals, ‘walk-in’s or cash payments, only card transactions on-line or via the telephone. The lodges will have a deep clean after every departure, the cleaning staff will be issued with gloves & masks and ‘Virabact’ (proven to kill Covid-19) is now being used as a disinfectant. The chlorine levels in the Premium Holiday Lodges’ private Jacuzzi’s will also be maintained at the highest recommended levels. All outdoor areas across the park, including the playground, will remain open and the rules are unchanged at the moment. We would still encourage people to stress to everyone in their group the importance of social distancing. We all know the risk to our families has not gone away, it’s not rules that make the difference it’s how we all behave. We look forward to seeing guests old and new, all units are welcome, tents, trailer tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans on the touring park, however, we do not accept commercial vehicles.
