Derwent Arms Here at the Derwent Arms, we boast good quality homemade food and a relaxed environment to enjoy it in. As well as this, you can enjoy the beer garden on long summer days or in the winter get comfy next to our two-log burner stoves in both the bar and the restaurant. We have a good selection of Ales, Spirits, Wines, Soft drinks, and Hot beverages available daily. We also have a restaurant offering all home-cooked food to suit a wide variety of tastes and preferences. We have excellent walking areas around the pub, and York City center is only a 30-minute stroll from the pub. If you choose to use public transport, the number 6 bus stops right next to the pub and is a 10-minute ride into and from York City center. We accept Caravans as well as motorhomes, but you must have your own facilities. There are toilets in the pub, but they can only be accessed when the pub is open at 12.00. Closed on Mondays, otherwise we have something on every evening. Speed Quiz, Karaoke, Paper Quiz, Drag show or Psychic Nights, Live Entertainment every Saturday and Sunday Roasts and Jackpot Bingo every Sunday.
