Bryher Beach, also known as Great Par Beach, lies to the west of Tresco and it is separated from that island by the Tresco Channel, where vast sandflats are exposed at low tide!Off the end that is southern of may be the uninhabited island of Samson. Excitingly you are able to walk between the 3 islands at particular times of the year, making for an family adventure that is excellent! Let the young kids allow you to keep time for you to make sure you're not stop by the tide! Perfectly safe it sensibly.Bryher is Cornish for 'Place of Hills', because of the many hills in the area, including Watch Hill, a viewpoint and Samson Hill during the southern end of the island if you plan.
