Hello and welcome to our family-run business, which offers a place for all travellers to rest their heads. Book a pod and experience glorious nature + wonderful wildlife based in the gorgeous natural beauty of the North Highlands! **The Croft** We are a working croft, meaning that when you stay with us you get a true taste of Scottish Highland life! You'll see us working the land, fixing bits and bobs, looking after our chickens and enjoying a good strong cup of tea to wash it all down with (teabag left in of course). We're very much looking forward to meeting you all - come and join us for a taste of that good old-fashioned Highland hospitality! **Our location** Six miles from the NC500, near the village of Betty Hill, on the B871 next to the River Naver and set in the rolling hills with views of Ben Klibreck. You only need to bring yourself and enjoy the beauty of the North Highlands!
Accommodation types
- Pod 3 — Our pods are fully equipped so you don’t need to bring anything but yourselves! We provide towels, bed linen, quilts, pillows, dishcloths and environmentally friendly liquid soap, shower gel & washing up liquid. We provide you with a hamper with all the ingredients you need to cook yourself a large full Scottish breakfast. You will get 4 rashers of bacon, two locally-sourced sausages, a tin of beans, 2 fresh tomatoes (or a tin, depending on the season), 2 eggs from our own hens and locally made black pudding! Alternatively, we offer 2 selection boxes of breakfast cereal with milk. Both options come with tea, bread, butter, homemade raspberry jam, and marmalade. coffee and juice which, will be topped up for each night of your stay. We cater for gluten or lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan, just email us your preferences! Our onsite features include a large caravan where our visitors can hang wet clothing to drip dry, an honesty shop and a large fire pit to sit around and try your hand at one of the BBQs. Our site has 17 acres for all to explore with views of Ben Klibreck and the sound of the River Naver streaming down the valley opposite.
