Nestling on the borders of Rutland & Leicestershire, our two fishing lakes sit amongst woodland and wildlife. Two shepherds huts rest on the edge of the top lake ready for relaxation, fishing and star-gazing . Enjoy camping in our bottom field where you can cook on open fires next to your own tent or sleep in one of our resident bell tents which are available for you to hire either furnished or unfurnished if you fancy bringing some of your home comforts with you. Rutland is full of things to see and do from water sports, walking trails, cycling and of course fishing ! We also have bustling market towns, country houses and castles for you to visit, pretty impressive for the UK's smallest county . Leicester city is on our doorstep, home to the National Space centre and also the impressive Richard III visitor centre.

- Logan Shepherd's Hut — The Logan Shepherd's Hut is one of two delightful shepherds huts nestled amongst the trees by the edge of our top lake. The Logan is a perfectly put together cabin of luxury, wonderful for relaxing with a glass of wine by the lake edge or cosied up by the wood burner in the Autumn and Winter months.
- Val Bell Tent — Bordered with wildflowers our ten metre wide mowed pitches are named after fictional badgers. Val is simply pitched ready for you to bring your own camping equipment.
- Bill Badger Tent Pitch — Bordered with wildflowers our ten metre wide mowed pitches are named after fictional badgers and just perfect if you want to bring your own tent. As we only have nine mowed pitches with no cars allowed in the field it feels spacious and uncrowded. Each pitch has its own fire pit area with logs to perch on whilst toasting your marshmallows.
- Jude Shepherd's Hut — The Jude Shepherd's Hut is one of two delightful shepherds huts nestled amongst the trees by the edge of our top lake.
