Low Farm is sited on the edge of the village of Waldringfield, next to the Golf Course, surrounded by local walks around the River Deben. There are opportunities to launch dinghies and sailing boats, and for crabbing off the rocks, or playing on the small sandy beach (tides permitting). The National Cycle Route passes within 50 yards of the Farm entrance. There is also easy access to the A12, and all that East Anglia has to offer!
