This enchanting and residence that is elegant originally built in 1870 for the Bishop of Truro. - Tristram king sleigh bed king size room — Lay back on a king size French style sleigh bed and gaze up in wonder at our very own unique Cornish tin ceiling. This generously proportioned light and airy room benefits from double windows and deep rich colours. Tristram is perfect for families up to four people being the largest room in the house. Rejuvenate the body and mind in the en suite shower room before another memorable day in Cornwall.
- Bedivere superior king size room — You deserve the best. A stunning solid cherry wood king size 4 poster bed which sits in the centre of our opulent and sumptuously appointed premier room. The very spacious and light full size en suite bathroom allows you to treat yourself to true relaxation in an original cast iron roll top english bath which is big enough for two, or energise in the separate walk in shower before setting out for another wonderful day.
- Lamorak king 4 poster king size room — A substantial room boasting dual aspect views over both Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor alike. Gaze at the landscapes from the luxury king size 4 poster bed, while surrounded by fine antique furniture and a plethora of rich fabrics which perfectly frame the double aspects which bathe you in natural light. Invigorate yourself in the en suite shower room and drag yourself away from this lovely room to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer
- Hengroen & Llamrai combined 4 bedroom cottage — Both cottages can be booked together and interconnect via double lockable doors. Hengroen & Llamrai will sleep 8 guests over 4 bedrooms with 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms.

This gives you the opportunity to have one cottage as a lounge and the other as the dining room. We can rearrange the furniture to your request and give you plenty of space for your touring base of North Cornwall.
- Hengroen Cottage 2 bedroom — The most spacious cottage is ideal for either small families or two couples travelling together and wanting a bit of space to sit around and discuss the highlights of the day. Bedroom 1 is a double and bedroom 2 can be set as a double or a twin, depending on your preferences. The full size bathroom has underfloor heating and plenty of room and the lounge has enough room to even invite evening guests over. This cottage can be booked in conjunction with Llamrai and interconnected to sleep up to 8 adults. This cottage does not accept dogs.
- Percivale twin/double room — This flexible first floor double or twin bedded room nestled in the centre of the house is warm and cosy and offers lovely views over the front grounds and the best view of the unique Pendragon Flag aloft its pole. The warm colours reflect Victorian earth tones and the en suite shower room complements and completes the space.
- Pelleas ground floor twin/double room — If you prefer to be located on the ground floor this is the room for you. Our ground floor twin/double room has easy access to a wide outside door with nearby private parking. Splash about in the en suite wet room as much as you like without shower trays, steps or thresholds to worry about. This room, by special arrangement and additional fee, will take a four legged friend too.
- Kay single room — For the independent person who wants to feel pampered and privileged in a 4 poster bed, we have the perfect solution. Our single room has a 4 poster bed just for one. There is plenty of space to relax in the spacious private en suite shower room too.
- Llamrai Cottage 2 bedroom — The newest part of the cottage complex dates back well over a century and it has been brought bang up to date. The cottage is accessible for wheelchair users with a low threshold wide entrance and wet room bathroom with the option of a portable shower stool. This means that if you don’t want to tackle stairs or need assistance getting around then Llamrai is the ideal choice. This cottage does accept dogs, for a one off fee of £20. A two bedroom single storey cottage which is perfect for guests with limited mobility and wheelchair users as it features a wet room shower room and please note there is no bath. It can also be combined with Hengroen to make a large cottage for all the family. Sleeps 4 (or 8 when combined)
- Safir deluxe single/compact double room — This delicately appointed and perfectly compact room has a standard double bed featuring clever luggage storage and fine antiques all wrapped in soft romantic and welcoming colours. Soak up majestic views over Davidstow church and out towards Dartmoor National Park from the comfort of the 4’6″ x 6’3″ bed, then take a romantic stroll around the grounds before returning to an invigorating shower.
