Its one of those words that every language has that simply loses meaning on translation. Its more than a hug . It means a heartfelt big squidgy full of love comforting hug. The sense is that everything will be better after a Cwtch. It has restorative magical powers. Making you feel better. Loved. Cared for. And thats what we hope you will feel after your stay with us. A magical wildflower meadow guarded over by 3 magnificent slate standing stones. Surrounded by luscious green Welsh farmland, trees and hedges . A short walk away from the magnificent Menai Straits. Close the high wooden green gates, with their perfect painted yellow Welsh poppies, and enjoy the beauty of nature. The birdsong. The peace. The tranquility. The me or we time Come stay awhile ... QUICK REMINDERS: There are 2 x bookable sleeping huts Nain and Taid Nain and Taid each have their own separate ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes The middle hut is an extended living space and has no bathroom facilities.It is only bookable by one of the huts due to new social distancing requirements. Nain sleeps 2 adults in 1 double bed ( stowed away in wall during day when table is up) and 2 x small children in stacked cocoon bunk beds. We suggest between ages of 6 and 10 . Taid sleeps 2 adults in 1 double bed ( stowed away in wall during day when table is up) We have a minimum stay of 2 nights in standard season and 4 nights during summer We will consider discounts for for booking both huts simultaneously We accept deposit payments by PayPal and balance payments by Bank Transfer. If you wish to pay both by PayPal then an additional fee will be levied for the balance transfer to cover PayPal charges. We do not allow pets The huts are in the middle of a wildflower meadow and we let the meadow grass grow long between March and the end of August as part of our giving nature a home efforts Please enquire about costs and possibility of renting the whole site for complete privacy and care Nain@Cwtch This hut is Nain and it is the 18ft long hut. It is built on an oak chassis with traditional iron wheels. The hut is resting on old railway sleepers on the ground. It has 4 wooden steps leading up to the oak stable door. The steps have a handrail. The steps are secured in postcrete to keep them steady. Inside it has a double bed with a memory foam mattress. And during the day that bed is secured by 2 x straps and is up in the wall space so that the table and bench seating can be used. There are 2 x storage spaces under the benches. One of them is used for the pillows during the day and the scatter cushions at night. The other storage space is for guest usage. In this hut there are 2 x crawl in bunk beds suitable for adventurous small children under 5 ft. They each have a light at the end. The hut kitchen area has a granite worksurface and a twin hob, a Tassimo drinks machine, a mini fridge and a mini microwave. There are crockery,glasses, mugs, eating utensils, can & bottle openers and place /drinks mats. There is also a small touch lamp on the side. Which is for use when the bed is down at night. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and basin. We provide lovely little homemade guest soap from local producer The Soapmine made from totally natural ingredients. And they smell divine! The hut enjoys the benefit of underfloor heating and a woodburner. taid@Cwtch This hut is Taid and it is the 15ft long hut . It is built on an oak chassis with traditional iron wheels.
