One of our greenest, most relaxed campsites, when arriving at Highertown Farm it’s entirely up to you where you pitch up. The site is maintained by our ranger team when they’re not looking after the surrounding coast and countryside and, with no reception office on site, you just need to do self-registration on arrival. During colder months, we offer electric hook-ups for a small fee. This is a great site to pitch if you’re looking for a low key holiday under the stars. Due to the nature of the site, we can’t accommodate groups and although this is a small site it can get busy over bank holidays and school holidays. In the summer months there is outdoor table tennis, swing ball and other ball games. There's barn space with lots of local information, a freezer to chill ice packs, charging points and space to hang out in. With the pretty coastal villages and towns of Polperro, Fowey and Looe all within easy reach of the campsite, you’ll get a real taste of Cornwall on your visit – both in terms of the county’s unique landscape and delicious local produce. Further afield, the coast between Polperro and Polruan is littered with fantastic walking routes. Try the easy, one mile Blackbottle Picnic walk along the South West Coast Path, or go all out on the Polruan to Polperro Rollercoaster walk, a strenuous 6.75 mile scramble along steep cliff top ridges.
