Monks Barn Farm is on a small working farm and accessed by a private tarmac road. It offers beautiful views across the river meadows to the Ilmington Hills and is within easy reach of Stratford, Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Warwick and the Cotswolds and numerous National Trust properties and historical sites and gardens.

- Electric Hook-up Pitch — Campsite pitches are level mown grass with electric hookups, no tents.
- Dairy Cottage — The cottage accommodation is all on the ground floor with the front door opening into a small hall which leads into the lounge, the kitchen/diner and the bedroom. Electric storage heaters are provided in each room, together with additional heaters for added warmth. Outside there is a small outside sitting area with uninterrupted views across the fields and delightful walks to the village of Clifford Chambers. A zip and link bed gives the option of a king-sized bed or twin beds.
