We are re-launching by firstly offering our fully self-contained Shepherd's Huts (now each with their own toilet/shower rooms) for guests to enjoy a wonderful and very peaceful holiday break in. We are a multi award winning small friendly site with stunning views, near wonderful woodland walks, lots to do, many local attractions, activities & experience days, something for everyone ! PLEASE READ RELEVANT SECTION FOR FACILITIES. 2 NIGHT MIN STAY AT WEEKENDS & 3 OVER BANK HOLIDAYS. See website for more full details & booking. SHEPHERDS HUTS have a king size bed, (bedding hire if required), on-board toilet & sink, fully fitted kitchen in mini including cooker, kettle, sink, fridge, Tv/dvd & real hobbit Log Burner, large private veranda also (NO additional campsite facilities between July & Sept 2020). We are not expecting customers to share facilities so each unit will have own toilet & sink for the length of their stay. If booking longer periods we can allocate a shower for sole use) We do not accept pets in the huts. Bedding hire is not possible between July & Sept 2020 GLAMPING PODS have heating, light, socket, TV with DVD player, King-size bed, decked area with bespoke porch awning & extra insulation as we are open all year. Our "SPECIAL POD", Snugglewood, has an additional SMALL WASHROOM & TOILET ON- BOARD for those who like their home comforts. We do not accept pets in the pods. No TOURING PITCHES available in 2020 sorry. One mile from the famous Watercress Steam railway line, 4 miles from the Georgian town of Alresford & 11 miles from both Petersfield & Winchester. Easy access to South Downs & the New Forest. A great base for exploring Hampshire. Main transport within a mile. We're on a single lane with few passing places, have staggered arrival & departure times, arrival after 3pm, depart before 10.30. To avoid disappointment please be aware, we're a country site that many campers return to chill & relax, we have neighbours and because of this we don't allow ball games onsite & ask for quiet from 10.30pm.
