Green cottage is a quiet, self-contained 2-bed holiday home in Edinburgh's Trinity area. This self-catering cottage is the ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing, quiet break, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. While somewhat further afield than our usual locations, Holiday Cottages in Edinburgh usually are, this wonderful holiday cottage is just a half-hour walk or ten-minute bus ride from the heart of the city and may appeal to families or those planning a more extended vacation. **Living Room-Cum-Kitchen** The Living Room area is fully equipped with TV, sofas, dining table and chairs The comfortable open plan kitchen and living space benefits from natural light. The kitchen features everything you will need during your stay including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and utensils. The kitchen will have everything you need to rustle up some delicious food. There is also a washing machine if you are staying for a bit longer that is free of charge to use. **Bedrooms** The cottage can accomodate up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms in the cottage. One bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a double sofa bed which can sleep 2 persons. **Bathroom** The cottage has a shower room with heated towel rail, basin and toilet. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

The cottage is also equipped with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books. - The lovely garden grounds also include a gated/two-vehicle driveway for guests arriving by car
