Situated some 4 miles north of Barmouth, just off the A496 Harlech Road, visitors to Dalar enjoy easy access to the safe sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay, which are just a 5 minute walk from the farm. Stunning Scenery river1With clear views of the beautiful Llen Peninsula and flanked on all sides by the impressive mountain ranges of “Snowdonia”, “Rhinog” and “Cader Idris”, this is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Camping area is clean and flat, well drained and sheltered. It is bordered by the Ysgethin River, which is more of a quiet babbling stream than a river and is ideal to let the children paddle in on a hot summer day. Camping Facilities camping-fieldThere are seperate toilet and shower cubicles located next to the farmhouse. the showers take 50p tokens which can be brought at the farmhouse. We also sell free range eggs from the farmhouse. There are electrical hook-up facilities and a chemical toilet disposal point. Static Caravans staticThere are three 6-birth caravans for hire, sited in the orchard and surrounded by well-tended grass and mature bushes. The caravans are fully equipped with mains electricity, provided by a coin meter, (coins are available from the farm house), fridge, 4 ring gas cooker with oven and grill, colour TV, and all three caravans have their own showers.
