Our three Safari tents are situated in a stunning meadow next to the Kensey River in the Kensey Valley, West of Launceston and just minutes off the A30. The setting is peaceful and tranquil allowing our guests the chance to unwind, relax and enjoy nature at its very best. Inside the tents you will be pleasantly surprised by how spacious they are. Each are large enough to sleep 6 people plus a cot, comfortably and are all built on a raised sturdy insulated wooden base, giving you the best view across the fields and beyond. For those of you who want a little bit more then look no further. For those of you who want a little bit more then look no further. Each tents has its own wood burning hot tub. There is a large gas BBQ, situated on the covered veranda for a little outdoor cooking. At the bottom of the meadow, we have a large trampoline, swings/climbing frame and a living willow dome. Along the fence by the Kensey River is 3 communal fire pit areas with beautiful views of the river. Each with either table and chairs, or seats to gather around in the evening and meet your fellow glampers. If you want a more intimate or peaceful evening you can always relax on your veranda. Note: we supply wood for the fire pits free of charge, however this must not be used in our wood burning range or hot tub as it has not been treated.
