**Court Farm Campsite** near **St Austell** is an absolutely lovely and very tranquil campsite; family friendly and set in four acres of beautiful countryside in **Cornwall**. The family here have owned the farmhouse and land for many years, and it is now - aside from a wonderful campsite - a working livery yard where you can actually bring your horse on holiday with you if you wish! Court Farm Campsite offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and is the perfect place for a wonderful camping holiday in this picturesque part of **Cornwall**. The 30 well-kept and spacious **grassy pitches** are all dotted around the edge of a large field, with the middle of the field left free for kite flying and ball games. So you can sit back and watch the kids without worrying what they’re up to! All are welcome here - tents, campers, caravans and motorhomes - and you can bring your dog along as well. Simon and Lisa - the extremely welcoming owners - will make sure that you have everything you need for a fantastic stay and have bags of knowledge about the surrounding areas and what to see and do while you are staying with them. The campsite has **great facilities**. There are electric hooks up if you need one, a good amenities block with hot showers and toilets, a dishwashing area, laundry, chemical disposal point, baby bathing facilities and there is a fridge and freezer available to use. The toilet and shower block is kept **immaculately clean** and each pitch has a bin and its own drinking water tap. There is also wifi available on the site. If you need supplies,the village of St Stephen has a small supermarket and other shops to stock up on food, and there is also a pub and a petrol station. The location of Court Farm is truly brilliant for exploring some of Cornwall’s finest attractions. Centrally located in the heart of the county, you don’t have to travel far to get to gems such as **The Eden Project**, **Charlestown** (Poldark fans alert!), **The Lost Gardens of Heligan**, and the awesome Wadebridge to Padstow **Camel Trail**. For this one, you can hire bikes in Wadebridge and cycle along the lovely flat path for five miles, following the estuary all the way to Padstow. When there, you can indulge in some excellent fish and chips, ice cream, and a spot of crabbing at the harbour of this pretty village. If you are after a beach holiday then there are some seriously spectacular beaches close by. For surfers, head west to **Newquay**, **Watergate Bay** and **Polzeath** (also great for bodyboarding) - you can hire everything here from wetsuits to boards, and there are lots of surf schools available to teach you how to ride the waves. If you travel over to the east coast, you will find the beautiful **Polkerris beach** and the picturesque fishing villages of **Megavisey**, **Fowey** and **Polperro**. There is so much to discover, explore, see and do here; make sure you leave plenty of time to fit it all in, and, at the end of a busy day, Court Farm Campsite is a lovely quiet retreat to return to.
